Toni is a dedicated coach who takes a holistic approach to player development, prioritizing growth both on and off the court. She holds a Master of Science in Sport Pedagogy from Baylor University, where she deepened her understanding of athlete learning, motivation, and long-term development—principles that guide her coaching today.
Toni earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Education from Ball State University, where she competed on a full Division I tennis scholarship. As team captain in 2016 and 2017, she led the Cardinals to back-to-back Mid-American Conference regular season titles, a MAC Tournament championship, and the program’s first NCAA Championship appearance.
During her graduate studies, Toni served as an assistant coach for the nationally ranked Baylor Women’s Tennis Team, gaining valuable experience at the highest collegiate level. Her coaching career has spanned private academies in California, Country Clubs in New York, and high school athletics, including leading Notre Dame High School (San Jose, CA) to its first-ever West Bay Athletic League Skyline Championship in 2018. Toni currently works with the McMaster Varsity Women’s Tennis Team.
