Once a court has been reserved, members will be charged the applicable court fee for late cancellations and “no-shows” as follows:
A late cancellation occurs when a member or guest cancels a court booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time of play.
A “No-show” is a member or guest not showing up for a scheduled court.
These situations result in a vacant court that may have been utilized by another member. If we are able to re-book the court there will be no charge to the original booking member.
If there are special circumstances that precipitated the cancellation or no-show, court fees may be waived.
Courts, particularly during the winter season are at a premium, and we ask all members to do their best to ensure the courts are cancelled in a timely fashion and understand that payment will be required for courts that are not cancelled within 24 hours and cannot be re-booked, and in particular for “no-shows”.
