Can I still play if I am not a member?
Guests and Visitors to the club are always welcome. A guest fee, charged once per day, provides full access.

What are my payment options?
Online payments are accepted through online portal.E-transfers to info@rosedaletennis.ca or in-person (Cash, Credit, Debit) if club staff is available to assist. Note: Programs must be paid at time of registration to reserve spot.
Are the Club facilities available for special events?
Yes! Fill out our form here and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. We have hosted card parties, birthday parties, corporate events, film shoots, private groups, tournaments, and more!
Would you help me find a playing partner?
Most certainly! We recommend that new members take one lesson with our head pro in order to be ‘rated’. He can provide you with information as to which members would be best suited for you to play. You can also check our Club News – Bulletin Board or the ‘Online Booking > Find a Partner which will provide you with information on members looking for matches. You can contact these members to directly to arrange a match. You will find our members very friendly and eager to play!
Unfortunately, everyone has a varying opinion regarding weather conditions. We recommend you contact the Club for an update on current court playability and/or closures. In severe weather the club would be closed and no court fees would be charged.
Can I cancel a previous court reservation?
We ask that you provide 24hrs (minimum) notice when cancelling a reservation. if you cancel the booking with less than the requested 24hrs notice or fail to show up at the reservation time, you will be charged the court fee. You do have the option of finding a replacement player to avoid being charged.

Do the courts need to be reserved before playing?
Courts and playing time should be booked in advance (either in person, by calling our staff or by using the Online Booking portal. Courts can be reserved for 60 minutes or 120 minutes per reservation. Court times may be extended depending on availability.
In the Summer season (Apr 1st to Oct 31st) the outdoor courts are also available and there is a better chance of securing a last minute booking. Please note – there are times that even these courts become fully booked.
